Our women-only swim sessions provide a safe, private and comfortable environment. Female lifeguards will be on duty during all women-only sessions.
Women-only general swimming sessions
There are two types of women-only sessions available:
- Women-only – Women and Girls (boys 5 years and under only)
- Women-only – Women and girls over 16 years
The Women’s only swimming sessions are held on the following days:
Tuesday:
9.15 am – 10.00 am – Women Only General Swim – for women and girls (boys 5 years and under)
10.10 am – 10.55 am – Women Only Lane Swim for women and girls over 16 years. The pool will be split into two lanes.
Friday:
9.15 am – 10.00 am – Women Only General Swim – for women and girls (boys 5 years and under)
Sunday:
12.30 pm -1.15 pm Women-only – Women and Girls (boys 5 years and under only)
13.30 pm -14.15 pm Women-only – Women and girls over 16 years
Women-only group swimming lesson
This session is for all women over the age of 16 and is suitable for all abilities.
Whether you are a complete beginner or you want to improve your technique you will be fully supported by our friendly female-only instructors and lifeguards.
Aqua fit sessions
This is an instructor-led class using water resistance to help tone your muscles and strengthen your aerobic capacity. These sessions are for women only. They are low impact and great for anyone with limited mobility.
The use of dumbbells and woggles make the class exciting and varied.
