Zest GymThe Zest gym offers superb fitness facilities in a relaxed, friendly and fun environment. The gym is fully equipped with cardiovascular CV machines and weight resistance equipment. So whether you want to lose weight, improve your health, tone up or just generally feel fitter, we can cater for your needs.

Accessible gym

The Zest ethos is to ensure our facilities are accessible to everyone therefore we also offer a separate Gym for Women and family friendly gym sessions.

Individual support 

At Zest we understand that everyone has different needs regarding their fitness and that's why we provide an induction service. Not only will you be shown how to use the equipment but if you require, our coordinators will create a personalised exercise programme specific to your needs and fitness ability.

Our dedicated fitness coordinators are always on hand to answer any questions, carry out a fitness check, re-design your exercise programme or just to offer some help and advice.
