Fitness Classes
Zest offer a number of different fitness classes.
1️⃣ Senior Circuits on Wednesdays: 10-11am: Tailored for our lovely seniors, a great way to stay active and keeps you feeling great.
2️⃣ Kickasize on Wednesdays: (Women Only) 6-7pm: Ladies, join us for a fantastic upbeat cardio workout incorporating movements inspired by Taekwondo. No experience necessary
3️⃣ Pilates on Fridays: (Women Only) 11:45-12:45pm: Core strength, flexibility and balance as Joy brings her unique pilates style to Zest.
4️⃣ Pilates on Saturdays: (Mixed) Missed Friday’s Pilates class? Join us on Saturdays for another round of Pilates, with our instructor Joanne
All the above classes are £5.50. No need to book.
In addition we have Women Only Yoga and Zumba. These classes are at a reduced rate and take place at Shipton Street Hall. New participants need to come 15 minutes early to classes to fill in a form.
Monday 12:30 – 13.30 – Zumba £1.50*
Monday 14:00 – 15:30 – Boxing Skills Class £2 – Open to all adults
Tuesday 13:15 – 14:15 – Ladies only Yoga £1.50*
