Fitness Classes
Zest offer a number of different fitness classes.
1️⃣ Yoga on Mondays: From Monday 9th September – mixed session.
2️⃣ Senior Circuits on Wednesdays: 10-11am: Tailored for our seniors, a great way to stay active and keeps you feeling great.
3️⃣ Pilates on Fridays: (Women Only) 11:45-12:45pm: Core strength, flexibility and balance as Joy brings her unique Pilates style to Zest.
All the above classes are £5.50. No need to book.
In addition we have Women Only Yoga and Zumba. These classes are at a reduced rate and take place at Shipton Street Hall. New participants need to come 15 minutes early to classes to fill in a form.
Monday 12:30 – 13.30 – Zumba £1.50*
Tuesday 13:15 – 14:15 – Ladies only Yoga £1.50*
*These classes are currently funded.
