We offer a wide range of swimming facilities to cater for everyone in our local community. Our swimming lessons are unique in that there are only two classes running at any one time. Our public sessions cater for all. From those that want a casual swim to more controlled lane swimming sessions.

A dementia-friendly community is where cities, towns, villages and local businesses and organisations support people to live well with dementia, helping them remain independent for longer.

Zest is part of a city-wide network of community organisations working to help local people to improve their health and wellbeing.  Within this we have a particular focus on supporting people with Dementia to enjoy activities at Zest, which are tailored to their needs.

This Community Can (TCC) is an outreach project empowering people in the local communities to plan and deliver activities and events for the community.
