If you are a cancer patient and would like to share your experience, give advice, or even just sit quietly and be present with others join the group! No booking is required. Just drop into the sessions or attend the whole series, whatever suits you.

Facilitators: Weston Park Cancer Charity with support from the Zest Leisure and Health Team. Refreshments provided.

Active Steps:Our Funded 6 week Exercise Recovery after Cancer Treatment Programme

If you have had cancer treatment or surgery and are looking to start moving again safely, we have recently run and are currently running two fully funded 6-Week Cancer Recovery Fitness Programmes, supported by Weston Park Cancer Charity.

Due to high demand and limited spaces (just 6 participants per programme), all current places are now filled. We are actively exploring ways to secure additional funding and create more opportunities.
