Lane swimming

Our lane swimming takes place every weekday from 7 am until 9.00 am, and on a Saturday from 7 am until 8.55 am. We have two lanes operating, we ask that you swim up one side and down the other. This allows for a more controlled session. You may swap lanes if one lane becomes too busy. Please be mindful when overtaking slower swimmers.

Our lessons

Our lessons follow the Swim England ‘Learn to Swim’ programme. Here at Zest, we also have additional sub-criteria unique to our pool, to help them to develop a strong swimming technique. Once your child has achieved the criteria for each stage, for a small fee, a badge and certificate can be purchased at reception.

We offer a wide range of swimming facilities to cater for everyone in our local community. Our swimming lessons are unique in that there are only two classes running at any one time. Our public sessions cater for all. From those that want a casual swim to more controlled lane swimming sessions.
