Here are the classes currently offered by Zest leisure services:

Yoga
Discover the powerful connection between movement and mindfulness through our yoga classes. Designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance, yoga also encourages mental clarity and calm.
Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve posture, or simply feel more centred, yoga offers a gentle yet effective way to care for both body and mind.
These classes are for men and women and take place in the Main Hall at our Shipton Street premises every Monday evening for an hour between 5.30-6.30pm.

Circuit Training (Seniors)
Stay active, strong, and confident with our senior-friendly circuit training classes for men and women. Designed with low-impact movements and flexible pacing, each session supports heart health, muscle tone, balance, and coordination.
The variety keeps workouts engaging, while the group setting promotes social connection and mental stimulation—perfect for maintaining an active and independent lifestyle.
Join us at the Zest Centre, upstairs in the Studio Wednesday mornings between 10:00-11:00 am.

Pilates
Strengthen your core and improve your posture with Pilates—a low-impact workout that focuses on controlled movement and breathing. Ideal for all fitness levels,
Pilates helps tone muscles, ease tension, and support better alignment. It’s a mindful way to build stability, enhance mobility, and boost both physical and mental well-being.
This women-only class takes place between 11.15 and 12.15 in the Main Hall at our Shipton Street premises on Fridays.

Legs, Bums and Tums
Tone and tighten with our fun, fast-paced Legs, Bums and Tums sessions. These targeted workouts focus on the lower body and core, helping you build strength, boost endurance, and increase confidence.
