Zest

Kathryn currently works for Sheffield City Council as the Service Manager in Sport Leisure and Events. Previous to this role, Kathryn worked as a Development Manager for Yorkshire Sport Foundation and has worked within the Sport Development environment for 15 years.

Previously Kathryn was a member of the Zest Senior Management Team, with responsibility for Zest’s Children and Young People programme for 4 years.

Kathryn is passionate about developing sporting opportunities for children and young people, particularly for those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Kathryn is keen to use her experience to help shape the Zest Youth and Communities programme, ensuring young people have access to high quality opportunities. Kathryn also has a keen interest in supporting young families within local neighbourhoods, improving quality of life and advocating healthy active lifestyles.
