We have two lanes operating, we ask that you swim up one side and down the other. This allows for a more controlled session. You may swap lanes if one lane becomes too busy. Please be mindful when overtaking slower swimmers.
This is an instructor-led class using water resistance to help tone your muscles and strengthen your aerobic capacity. These sessions are for women only. They are low impact and great for anyone with limited mobility.
