We have two lanes operating, we ask that you swim up one side and down the other. This allows for a more controlled session. You may swap lanes if one lane becomes too busy. Please be mindful when overtaking slower swimmers.

We offer ‘quiet adult /disabled swim’ sessions for those that may require extra assistance.
