• Exercise Class for People Living With Dementia

A free, gentle exercise class for people living with early to mid-stage dementia. Carers need to attend and can either take part in the class or wait on site (refreshments will be provided).

Exercises will support coordination and balance, with activities reminiscent of childhood games.
