A Fresh Start to Weight Management
Our FREE 12-week Weight Management Programme is here to support you in making lasting, healthy behaviour changes.
The course offers a psychologically informed model. Each session lasts for one and a half hours.
Each week, you’ll focus on a different topic. These range from learning about nutrition and portion sizes to understanding the importance of sleep.
Our course is delivered by Naz and Becky, experienced practitioners in weight management and nutrition who are passionate about supporting individuals to improve their health and wellbeing.
They don’t tell people what to do; instead, you will be guided and supported to understand how thoughts, emotions and feelings influence decisions.
Whether you’re looking to improve your stress management, learn about healthy eating, or get the support you need to stay on track, this course is for you!
- Tailored for adults with a BMI of 25 or higher (23.5 for ethnic minorities)
- Includes mindfulness, lifestyle support, and understanding emotional eating
