A chance to find out more about our FREE fitness programme for those recovering from Cancer.

If you are a cancer patient and would like to share your experience, give advice — or even just sit quietly and be present with others join the group!

No booking is required. Just drop into the sessions or attend the whole series – whatever suits you.

Facilitators: Weston Park Cancer Charity with support from Zest Health and Leisure Team. Refreshments provided.

Active Steps: FREE 6 week Exercise Recovery after Cancer Treatment Programme

If you have had cancer treatment or surgery within the last 6 months and want to start moving again safely, we are offering two Free 6-Week Cancer Recovery Fitness Programmes funded by Weston Park Cancer Charity. Places are limited to 6 participants per programme.
