Ramadan Swimming Leave Request Form

If you require your child/children to be withdrawn from swimming lessons during Ramadan please use the form below. Please submit one form for each child in lessons. PLEASE NOTE: We will only freeze dates between Tuesday 17th February and Friday 20th March (inclusive)
