The Zest Centre has been an integral cornerstone of the community in Upperthorpe for more than 25 years now.

We offer a range of health and wellbeing services as well as work experience and training opportunities, and wide variety of community driven events and programmes.

But we are perhaps best known for our swimming pool – famous around town more being nice and warm, our gyms and our library – and let’s not forget our wonderful café partner The Food Works.

All in all, we offer a huge range of opportunities to support the communities around us and many further afield too.

Every now and then we need your help so we can see how we’re doing. This year we’re focusing on the centre itself.
