We have several women only physical activity sessions each week including swimming, gym and exercise classes. Link to leisure timetable
Our BME Health Worker supports women through outreach in the community and by providing support at the Zest Centre to benefit health, well-being and access to services.
English Conversation Classes are run on a weekly basis to support women in our community to improve their language skills.
Family Health Workshops are delivered on a regular basis for women to increase their understanding of family health and services available to them. These sessions include; first aid training, common childhood illness and access to the right services.
Weekly Women’s Walking Group which begins & ends at the Zest Centre and take in the local sights and neighbourhood.
Women's Sewing Group is held weekly in the Zest Centre.
Women’s Well Being Course – Our welcoming and supportive five week course is designed to look at ways of reducing stress whilst building confidence & resilience.
