We can offer one-to-one swimming lessons for adult beginners and improvers. Whether you are new to swimming with little or no water confidence or want to improve your technique we can cater for your individual needs.
We also run a women-only group swimming lesson
on a Wednesday morning at 10.25 pm for 45 minutes. This session is for adults (over the age of 16) and is suitable for all abilities. You do not need to book just turn up each week. Whether you are a complete beginner or you want to improve your technique you will be fully supported by our friendly female-only instructors and lifeguards.
