Zest Intensive Swimming Courses

Zest will be introducing new Intensive Swimming Lessons over the school summer holiday period (July-August)

These courses are intended for beginners and improvers and can offer an increased speed of progress.

If you lack confidence in the water then these courses are ideal as they can provide additional support to excel your learning. We run the nationally recognised ASA swimming scheme

The courses aren't just for children but also for adults who may require that little extra guidance in the water.
