GET SLIMMER FOR SUMMER!

We have expanded our existing Exercise Class Program to incorporate additional classes to get you in shape for summer!

Our Classes offer a great way to stay in shape, meet friends and have fun!

Aerobics:          Wednesday          5:00-6:30 PM

Yoga:              Thursday              5:00-5:45 PM

Pilates:            Thursday              5:45-6:45 PM

Chair Aerobics:  Friday                  10:30-11:30 (Includes free tea and Coffee!)
