At Zest we can offer you advice and support in a way that suits you; whether you want one-to-one support or would like to meet new people and take part in group sessions.

One-to-one support

Disha_ShahOur health trainer, Disha Shah, can give you free, confidential advice to help you become healthier. She will support you to find the help you need. For example, she can support you to:

  • Eat more healthily
  • Get more active
  • Watch your weight
  • Quit smoking.

Group sessions

We run a number of group sessions including a confidence-building course, Time to Shine, and a heart health course, Love Your Heart.

General Health checks

Every Thursday from 1-3pm you can come to Zest and have your blood pressure taken, check your weight and get health-related advice. This service is free and confidential.
