Our group exercise classes are all are based on having fun and making friends whilst keeping fit. Led by our professional instructors our exercise classes provide a good all over workout where you will leave feeling re-energized and fitter.
We offer a range of classes to suit everyone from traditional aerobics to modern classes such as boxercise. We even run a number of women only exercise classes.

WEDNESDAY 11:00 -11:45 - women only class
A great exercise class working out to music in the water. Ideal for non-swimmers, pre/post natal and those with joint problems or injuries.
AEROTONE - Women only class
WEDNESDAY 18.30 - 19.30
Aerotone is a studio based workout regime carried out to music. You will get a varied aerobic workout with some movements using equipment such as free weights and others just under instruction from our qualified instructor.
Aerotone is great for toning up and improving your body's fitness and endurance levels
WOMEN ONLY BOXERCISE
Burn plenty of calories here, take out some of that stress from the week using kicking and punching!
Seated exercises which will improve fitness, strength and tone the whole body while limiting the stress and strain on joints. Perfect for our older customers or those with limited mobility.
CARDIAC REHABILITATION CIRCUIT
Physical activity in the form of a circuit for patients in Phase four Cardiac Rehabilitation.
THURSDAY 17:30 - 18:30
A great workout using low weight kettlebells but high repetition exercises to really feel that burn. It might not feel like it at the time, but the first time I did this I was still feeling it 4 days after! Come along and give it a try, you might be pleasantly surprised. This is a mixed class so men are welcome to give this a go too - if they can stand the competition from our ladies....
TUESDAY 10:00-12:30 (VARYING LEVELS)
Help make your body more supple, whilst toning muscles and improving posture and strength
STEP MIX - WOMEN ONLY
High energy, choreographed exercise class on a step platform, as well as a range of high energy toning and sculpting moves for a great, full body workout. Great for weight loss and overall fitness. Please note that this is a very high intensity class and more suited to ladies who have already started working out and have a moderate to good level of fitness.
STEP UP TO THE 80'S
THURSDAY 18:00 - 19:00
A fun class for those of us who lived the 80's, and those who would like to have! This class is an entry level step class, perfect for those who are new to exercise, returning after a break or who simply don't feel the need to look as if they've been dunked in a sweat tank. But don't think this will be an easy class, Chrissie will certainly give you a good, all over workout but you'll be loving the 80's music so much that you'll hardly notice. Light weights are used during this class but can be omitted if you feel they are too much for you. A great, fun workout for everyone!
Tai chi is a gentle exercise to build strength, balance and promote relaxation. All classes start at beginner levels and work up as required.

ZUMBA - Women Only Class
MONDAY 18.45 - 19.45
As the slogan says, ditch the workout and join the party! And the people at Zumba know what they're talking about as that is just what Zumba feels like. You have a great time, it feels more like a party but boy do you burn some calories!
