Our group exercise classes are all are based on having fun and making friends whilst keeping fit. Led by our professional instructors our exercise classes provide a good all over workout where you will leave feeling re-energized and fitter.
We also run a number of classes that concentrate on the mind and soul like Yoga and Pilates.

We offer a range of classes to suit everyone from traditional aerobics to modern classes such as boxercise. We even run a number of women only classes.

ABSOLUTE ABS

TUESDAY 19:15-20:15

For toning up that torso! 

 

 

AEROBICS  

MON 12:30-13:30, TUES 20:15-21:15, SAT 11:30-12:30

Burn fat, tone up whilst having fun to music, classes are suitable for all abilities! 

 

 

AQUAFIT

WEDNESDAY 10:15-10:55, 11:00-11:45

A great exercise class working out to music in the water. Ideal for non-swimmers,  pre/post natal and those with joint problems or injuries 

 

 

 

BODY SCULPT

WEDNESDAY 20:15-21:15

This class will help you lose weight and tone up the whole body! 

 

 

 

 

BOXERCISE

TUESDAY 18:00-19:00, THURSDAY 19:15 - 20:15 

Burn plenty of calories here, take out some of that stress from the week using  kicking and punching! 

 

 

 

CHAIR AEROBICS

FRIDAY 10:30-11:30 (FREE REFRESHMENTS)

Seated exercises which will improve fitness, strength and tone the whole body while limiting the stress and strain on joints 

 

 

 

 

CARDIAC REHABILITATION CIRCUIT 

WED 13.00-14.00, FRID 12.30-13.30

Physical activity in the form of a circuit for patients in Phase four Cardiac Rehabilitation.

 

 

 

 

CORE STABILITY

MONDAY 11:30-12:30

Work those abs! Pilates based exercise for toning up those flabby bits!!

STEP

MONDAY 17:30-18:30

Easy to pick up choreographed exercise class on a step platform. Great for weight loss and overall fitness.   

 

 

 

 

TAI CHI  

WEDNESDAY 14:00-15:00

Tai chi is a gentle exercise to build strength, balance and promote relaxation. All classes start at beginner levels and work up as required.
