Exercise Classes

Exercise_classOur group exercise classes are all are based on having fun and making friends whilst keeping fit. Led by our professional instructors our exercise classes provide a good all over workout where you will leave feeling re-energized and fitter.

We also run a number of classes that concentrate on the mind and soul like Yoga and Pilates.

We offer a range of classes to suit everyone from traditional aerobics to modern classes such as boxercise. We also run a number of women only exercise classes.
