Zest offer a diverse range of membership packages to suit your preference and lifestyle. You can choose from monthly or yearly memberships. If you have a slice card then why not take advantage of our weekly memberships. Our monthly and weekly memberships are commitment free with no tie-ins or minimum subscriptions
Yearly Memberships
Unlimited Evenings and Weekends Membership
Zest can offer an unbeatable yearly membership package for just £18 a month. This membership allows unlimited use of the gym, pool and exercise classes after 5pm Monday-Friday and all day at the weekend. The membership also includes an induction and if required, one of our expercienced Coordinators will work closely with you to develop a personal fitness plan. There are no hidden costs, this fantastic membership costs an amazing £18 per month which can be paid monthly or in one lump sum.
Anytime Membership
This membership allows access to the gym, pool and exercise classes at anytime and costs just £24 per month. It also includes an induction and personal fitness plan. The membership can be paid monthly or in one lump sum.
Both of the above memberships require a 12 month subscription.
Monthly Memberships
Zest also offer a number of pay-as-you-go monthly memberships. These memberships can be paid monthly with no commitment, tie-ins or contracts.
Pool, Gym & Exercise Classes - £26.00. Slice card holders £21.50.
Allows access at anytime (does not include swimming lessons).
Pool - £21.00. Slice card holders £17.50.
If you enjoy swimming then you can swim as much as you like for the whole month. This membership allows you access to all swimming activities at any time(does not include swimming lessons).
Gym & Exercise Classes £21.00. Slice card holders £17.50.
If you don't enjoy swimming then why pay for it? This membership allows unlimited access to the Gym and if you prefer to use the gym and attend exercise classes then this membership is perfect.
Weekly Memberships (for slice card holders only)
If you own a slice card why not take advantage of Zests weekly membership packages. These allow access at anytime to Zests fitness facilities.

Zest is a community lead organisation therefore we run a number of sessions for certain groups, for example, women only sessions, 50+ sessions etc. Please note that there may be certain times when members will be unable to use the facilities when these sessions are taking place. Please refer to the times and prices section on the website for our fitness schedules.

Exercise in Zest's fully equipped gym and we will help you feel fitter and stronger. Our Fitness Coordinators are on hand to offer advice and support. 
The Zest Centre offers excellent facilities for disabled visitors, including disabled changing rooms, toilets, ramps and lifts. The Zest cafe is also well equipped for disabled visitors. 
Zest exercise classes take place in a relaxed and a friendly atmosphere. Do you want to lose weight, feel fitter, improve your mind and soul or tone up muscles? 
This is a free service provided by the NHS to support patients with coronary heart disease, pulmonary problems or patients that have been referred by their GP.
Do you want to lose weight? Then why not join fit club? This weight management programme looks at changing eating habits and lifestyles and includes a weekly exercise session.
